Senior Managers
Sharon B. Gubinsky , CPA
Sharon is SantosPostal’s Audit Manager. At SantosPostal, Sharon provides services for audits, taxes, consulting and prevention of fraud with a concentration in the areas of medical, real estate, not for profit, government contracting, retail, hospitality industry and professional services. She received her B.S. and worked for the private sector in finance within the construction/contracting, medical and hospitality industries previous to joining SantosPostal. Sharon has a love of animals and is a member of the MCHS. In her quest to support the interests of women CPAs, Sharon is a founding member and serves on the Executive Board for the AWSCPA DC Metro Region Chapter. Sharon serves on the Finance Committee for the Eagle Bank Foundation, is on the Community Services Committee for CREW and is also affiliated with the MACPA, AICPA, ACFE and AWSA.
 Michael Moore, CPA
Michael serves as SantosPostal’s Senior Audit Manager. Prior to his employment with SantosPostal, Michael was the partner-in-charge of the audit practice of the D.C. office of an international CPA firm. Michael’s experience includes companies with international consolidations, companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, small to medium sized family owned businesses, and numerous not-for-profit organizations with revenues in the range of $5 million to $30 million. Michael is a member of the AICPA, the Virginia Society of CPA’s. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Tennessee Technological University.

 David K. Holmes
David Holmes is the Senior Tax Manager at Santos, Postal & Company, PC, where he manages and supervises the Tax Department of SantosPostal in its tax planning, compliance and litigation requirements. He is both a CPA (licensed to practice in Maryland and Kansas) and an Attorney at Law (licensed to practice in Kansas), with an emphasis in estate planning, transactional tax planning and business succession planning. Before joining SantosPostal, David practiced law for nearly 20 years in Wichita, Kansas, as a sole practitioner and for two law firms. He also worked as the controller for one of the law firms. Previously a CPA for Deloitte and Touche, David received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University of Topeka and his BS from Kansas State University, in Business Administration (Finance). He has served on committees within the Wichita Bar Association and the American Red Cross, and is a certified soccer referee.
